The company is seeking a Product Support Analyst to lead software deployments, manage training, and provide technical support for PMRT software products, ensuring users maximize their utilization of the software.ResponsibilitiesPlan, analyze, schedule and implement PMRT software products for diverse government environmentsAnalyze usage of PMRT software products for existing customers to ensure maximum relevant utilizationDevelop and maintain training plans for all PMRT software productsStructure formal on-site and virtual customer training sessions for specific role certificationsConduct on-line training covering new user basics as well as more complex and in-depth functionsMaintain PMRT on-line help files with new functions as well as changes to existing functionsManage the PMRT help desk by providing immediate telephone and email assistance to usersLiaise with the software development team to record anomalies and correct reported outagesMaintain continuous awareness of PMRT software design, development, and release activities to ensure all training, documentation, and support products are accurate, complete, and aligned with current system functionalitySkillsMinimum of four (4) years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management or related experience within a Department of Defense (DoD) organizationAbility to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel within the organizationAbility to collaborate and communicate with customers and the software end-usersExtremely strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and motivational skillsCritical thinker, expected to speak out and defend viewsThis position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics or other related disciplineExperience in lieu of education may be considered if the individual has four (4) or more years of equivalent work experienceMust be able to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods of timeMust consistently work and type on a computer for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to able to communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understandMust be able to lift/carry at least 15 lbsMay be required to move about inside an office to access file cabinets, office supplies, etcApplicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materialsTravel may be requiredNormal work schedule hours may vary, Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible and based on the applicant's physical location. May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines or to fulfill travel obligationsAll candidates for this position will be required to complete a written assessment test to demonstrate their ability to write and communicate effectively in a professional setting.
