The Product Strategy and Operations Analyst role focuses on executing strategies to support DG Media Network's growth and operational excellence by managing day-to-day execution and contributing to strategy development through analysis and insights.ResponsibilitiesExecute ad product and operational initiatives that support DG Media Networkâs growth, scalability, and day to day effectiveness, including accurate and timely entry and maintenance of revenue related data in operational systems. (20%)Monitor, track, and report on established operational routines, ensuring consistent adoption, performance, and follow through across teams. (20%)Support management of the product and capabilities roadmap by gathering requirements, organizing inputs, documenting priorities, and maintaining visibility into timelines and dependencies. (20%)Partner cross functionally to coordinate testing, readiness, and launch activities for new capabilities and product enhancements. (10%)Collect, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder feedback, performance data, and industry insights to help identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and support the Operations team in informing future direction. (10%)Document, maintain, and continuously improve processes, workflows, and operational artifacts designed to operationalize products, drive efficiency, and reduce friction as the business scales.
