[Remote] Product & Solutions Manager, Identity Initiatives

They are seeking a Product & Solutions Manager for Identity Initiatives who will be responsible for creating new capabilities in Prove's platform, managing product planning, and supporting sales and client teams with technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage & prioritize roadmap, partnering with leadership, technology, solutions, marketing, & sales/customer successManage enhancements & partner with engineering to review backlog, story requirements, and ensure accurate and timely deliveryPartner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on technical discovery, POCs, and customer demos for biometric capabilitiesAct as internal and external SME on Prove's biometric and identity innovation stackSupport RFP/RFI responses and technical sales conversationsIdentify and maintain full list of product configurations, including third party components and implementation details as well as publishing internal documentationValidating and reporting on the status and health of each capabilityPartner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Information Security to ensure platform capabilities meet all necessary risk & regulatory requirementsPartner with Technical writers as appropriate to ensure customer-facing documentation is up-to-date and clearPartner with Client Success to resolve client issues surrounding implementation, billing and, reportingCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic expectationsPerforming other duties as assignedSkills5+ years experience in a customer-facing product management, solution engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent experienceExperience with creating and deploying biometric, identity, risk and/or compliance offerings capabilitiesDemonstrated track record crafting technical product positioning, messaging, and content, with the ability to synthesize and present complex concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong technical background, either from academic, engineering, or hands-on product development experienceStrong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organizationExcellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-orientedExceptional verbal, written and presentation skillsExperience in a high growth startup/pre-IPO technology companies with quickly expanding teams and aggressive revenue growth plansPromoting, maintaining and enhancing our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadershipExperience with privacy-preserving cryptographic techniques a plusExperience with identity management platforms (Okta, Entra, etc.) a plusBenefitsCompetitive salaries & Bonus Plan (for eligible roles) and Equity PlanModern Health for financial, mental, and physical wellness401(k) Retirement Plan & Match (US Offices) and Local Country Pension (International Offices)Unlimited Vacation and Flexible hoursComprehensive medical benefits for you and your family ❤️Emotional & Physical Wellness – Access to wellness services (EAP & Prove Well-Being Reimbursement)Bottomless snacks & beverages for certain office locationsDaily GrubHub stipend for lunch if coming into the office (US Offices)A great place to work and connect with other talented Provers like yourself!Company OverviewProve is a phone-based identity verification company that provides identity tokenization and passive cryptographic authentication solutions.
