[Remote] Product Sales Director

The Product Sales Director will drive new business growth for a software platform supporting Applied Behavior Analysis and mental health providers, managing the full sales cycle and mentoring junior team members.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisitionGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and pipeline developmentManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, contract execution, and closingSell software solutions to Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, and education organizationsBuild relationships with executive leaders, clinical stakeholders, administrators, procurement teams, and other decision-makersConduct product demonstrations and present solutions based on customer needs and operational challengesRespond to Requests for Proposal and support procurement processesMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and customer relationship management system recordsCollaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and market positioningPartner with product and leadership teams to provide customer feedback and market insightsMentor and coach two junior team members while contributing as an individual sales producerRepresent the company at conferences, trade shows, networking events, and customer meetingsSkills5+ years of software as a service (SaaS) sales, business development, or enterprise software sales experienceExperience selling into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare organizationsProven ability to generate new business and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospectingExperience managing and closing complex sales cyclesExperience responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, high-energy, and driven to achieve resultsAbility to work independently in a growing and evolving business environmentExperience selling directly to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providersExperience selling Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) software productsExperience selling to school districts, Boards of Education, State, Local, and Education organizations, or education technology marketsExperience working with mid-market or enterprise accountsExperience selling into organizations with large provider networks or multi-site operationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision insurance.401k with matching.Company OverviewWelcome to Davis Talent Search.
