Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a Product Owner for an opportunity headquartered out of Louisville, KY. This role can sit remote. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for system configurations related to agent contracting, commissions, and call Center support. It can be expected that this individual will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage the product backlog. They will also be overseeing the implementation and testing of system configurations, and ensure they meet business needs and comply with regulations. Other responsibilities include providing ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate will stay updated with industry trends, work closely with IT and development teams to optimize system performance and integration, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast -paced environment.

Skills And Requirements
5+ years of professional working experience with Go High Level (experience as CRM tool, website, and lead management tool)
5+ years in agile product development working with product management software
Strong understanding of systems related to Agent Contracting, Commissions, and Call Center support
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or correlated field Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to Medicare and insurance brokerage
Certification in business analysis or related field (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) null
