[Remote] Product Operations Manager

The Product Operations Manager will bridge product innovation with operational execution, coordinating across teams to ensure readiness for new features and optimizing internal processes.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, document, and refine internal processes to enable effective scaling across product and engineering teamsPartner with agent efficiency, training, operations, implementation and GTM teams to ensure E2E process is documented prior to launchDrive end-to-end operational launch planning and execution, coordinating Engineering, Product, QA, and cross-functional stakeholdersConsolidate requirements and feedback from internal teams into actionable launch specificationsCreate operational and internal launch documentation, product briefs, and feature specificationsPartner with Engineering and Product teams (both internal and external) to define end-to-end external system feature usage and integration points across the DT platformEnsure external system capabilities are properly mapped to product workflows and customer use casesDocument requirements and feedback to internal and external product teams in a clear outcome focused mannerNurture relationships with external partner teams, tracking delivery progress and ensuring alignment throughout the feature lifecycleEstablish feedback loops from internal teams and external stakeholdersSynthesize and prioritize feedback to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization for bother internal and partner product roadmapsUse data analytics to inform product decisions and identify operational improvementsTrack key operational and launch metricsSkillsMinimum 5+ years' experience in product operations, product or customer support, program management or equivalent roleExperience with travel industry systems and technologiesA demonstrated record of partnering with teams across an organization to influence and achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goalsCollaborative working style demonstrated by partnering with cross functional teamsAbility to clearly summarize problems, ask focused questions and implementing guidance with minimal reworkExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsOutstanding communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is a mustWillingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentalityPositive attitude and fit with the Direct Travel team cultureBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision benefitsEmployee rewards and recognitions programTotal Rewards Package which includes Wellness, Sustainability, DE&I initiatives, and Mental Health SupportCompany OverviewDirect Travel is a leading provider of corporate travel management services.
