[Remote] Product Operations Coordinator

The Product Operations Coordinator will drive visibility and coordination across product initiatives, ensuring effective communication and organization within the product team and its stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesMaintain visibility across active product initiatives, roadmap commitments, strategic projects, and major enhancementsTrack initiative progress and maintain accurate roadmap status informationDocument roadmap changes, key decisions, dependencies, risks, and action itemsHelp ensure stakeholders have visibility into upcoming initiatives, timelines, and changesAssist Product leadership with roadmap planning activities and roadmap communicationMaintain tracking of product goals, objectives, key initiatives, and action itemsMonitor progress against commitments and help identify areas requiring follow-upPrepare status updates, reports, dashboards, and planning artifacts for Product leadershipHelp ensure product efforts remain aligned with company priorities and planned objectivesCreate visibility and transparency across product initiatives and organizational prioritiesCoordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholdersFacilitate communication regarding priorities, releases, roadmap changes, dependencies, and action itemsFollow up on commitments, outstanding tasks, and identified blockersHelp ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned on product initiativesEscalate concerns, delays, or risks when appropriateSupport release planning activities across teamsMaintain visibility into release schedules, readiness requirements, and dependenciesCoordinate internal communication and rollout planning effortsPartner with Product Specialists, Customer Success, and Operations to support successful feature releasesHelp ensure teams are prepared for upcoming workflow changes and product enhancementsMaintain planning artifacts, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and product documentationDocument key decisions, action items, and outcomes from planning and product discussionsHelp improve Product team processes, communication, and operational consistencyIdentify opportunities to improve visibility, accountability, and organizational effectivenessSupport continuous improvement of Product operating processes and team workflowsSkills2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Project Management, Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to follow-throughAbility to track, organize, and communicate information across multiple stakeholders and teamsExperience maintaining project plans, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, or similar planning artifactsComfortable working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership teamsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environmentStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks and outcomesExperience working within tools such as Jira and Confluence for initiative tracking, documentation, and cross-functional collaborationExperience in healthcare, IDD services, assisted living, long-term care, or medication management environmentsExperience supporting software product organizationsExperience tracking goals, projects, roadmaps, or strategic initiativesExperience with planning, project management, or collaboration toolsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other product development methodologiesExperience supporting operationally complex software platformsBenefitsCompetitive compensation aligned with experience100% company-paid medical coverage (base plan)Dental & vision available401(k) retirement planCompany-paid life, AD&D, STD & LTD insuranceLifestyle Spending Account (wellness, personal use, and company swag)Flexible PTO + company holidaysFlexible, remote-friendly work environmentOpportunity to own and grow a critical function within the companyMission-driven work with real impact on vulnerable populationsCompany OverviewEmpowering IDD Residential Teams.
