They are seeking a Product Marketing professional to execute demand generation and marketing initiatives, translating product capabilities into effective messaging for government audiences.ResponsibilitiesExecute content and webinar-driven lead generation initiatives aligned to strategies and goals set by Marketing leadershipSupport audience engagement efforts through the development and delivery of thought leadership content, educational materials, and digital campaignsExecute quarterly and monthly content plans aligned to industry cycles, government trends, and organizational prioritiesConduct client interviews and develop compelling customer stories, case studies, and blog content to support campaigns and sales effortsMonitor industry trends and regulatory or policy shifts and share insights to support content relevance and messaging effectivenessTranslate product capabilities into clear, outcome-focused messaging aligned with established solution positioning and frameworksExecute go-to-market distribution activities (webinars, email campaigns, and digital campaigns) aligned to established strategies and prioritiesSupport the execution of quarterly and monthly campaign plans, incorporating performance insights and guidance from Marketing leadershipCoordinate and execute webinar campaigns, including logistics, content development, speaker coordination, and promotionDevelop and deliver webinar presentations, including live facilitation to support lead generation effortsWrite, build, and deploy promotional emails to support webinars, content releases, and campaignsApply established messaging to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment across all promotional channelsSupport ongoing campaign optimization by implementing adjustments based on performance insights and direction from Marketing leadershipCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs to support consistent execution of campaignsExecute campaigns in alignment with defined lead generation goals, sales priorities, and broader campaign themesCollaborate closely with Sales to support the execution of content and campaigns aligned with revenue goals and sales enablement needsPartner with the Marketing Director and Solutions Marketing Manager to execute prioritized initiatives and support overall marketing plansMonitor campaign and content performance and provide insights to support ongoing optimization and future planningSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing or Demand Generation within B2B SaaSExperience with solution positioning and value proposition developmentAbility to create sales enablement assets that drive adoption and support the sales processStrong understanding of full-funnel solution messaging across the buyer journeyProven ability to partner closely with sales teams and align around revenue goalsExcellent writing, editing and content development skillsAbility to craft clear, compelling messaging for government audiencesExperience with audience-centric storytelling and strategic messagingKnowledge of demand generation and lead focused campaign executionExperience translating complex product capabilities into clear, outcome-focused messaging for government or regulated-industry audiencesCompany OverviewMCCi is an IT services company with expertise in delivering end-to-end Content Services and Intelligent Automation solutions.
