[Remote] Product Marketing Manager - SaaS - Data Management / Salesforce

Yaz Associates GmbH is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic and tactical marketing responsibilities for their Data Lifecycle Management Platform. The role involves conducting market analysis, defining product solutions, and executing go-to-market strategies to maximize the value of Salesforce data for clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct rigorous market and competitor analysis; provide actionable intelligence to the business unitDefine and communicate the value proposition, target markets, customer personas, and competitive differentiation for Salesforce productsIdentify growth opportunities in established and emerging salesforce markets (Agentic AI, lead assignments ,etc)Lead product definition in collaboration with founders, BU and Sales, ensuring alignment to market needs and customer demandsOwn product roadmap input, feature prioritization, pricing strategies, and end-of-life plansDefine and drive availability of the Product Support Package, including technical documentation, marcom collateral, NPI plan, etcBuild product launch plans and manage cross-functional execution (sales, applications engineering, operations)Create marketing collateral—presentations, datasheets, white papers, and case studies – and lead the Marketing communications effort with the Sales and MarCom teamsDefine and track KPIs for product launches, adoption rates, and revenue performanceSkillsMBA degree or equivalent experience in related area8+ years' of product marketing experienceStrong expertise in Observability, ETL, Backup solutions and their competitive landscapeStrong understanding of IT technical infrastructure3-5+ years of salesforce product marketing experience a plusExperience with startups/scale upsONLY USA NATIONAL OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS WILL BE CONSIDEREDPreferably based in the East Coast/Central USACompany OverviewYaz Loukhal created Yaz Associates in June 1997 as an independent company specializing in executive recruitment for European start-ups of American software organizations.
