They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive customer and partner marketing initiatives, build advocacy programs, and design campaigns that foster customer engagement and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesBuild a program spanning case studies, testimonials, video stories, and referencesKeep a searchable reference pipeline so Sales always has the right proof point for the right dealNurture customer champions for speaking slots, advisory boards, and peer communitiesDesign campaigns that drive onboarding, adoption, and expansionWork with Customer Success to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and convert themReport on advocacy participation, expansion influence, and retentionOwn joint marketing with technology and channel partners, from co-branded campaigns to joint content and eventsBuild partner-facing messaging and enablement that makes it easy for partners to sell with usTrack partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelineSupport customer and partner presence at industry events and user conferencesConnect customers with each other through user groups, roundtables, and peer exchangesTurn event moments into recaps, social proof, and follow-up campaignsPartner with Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to align programs to revenue goalsCollaborate with PMM peers on messaging, positioning, and launch planningFeed customer and partner insights back into product strategySkills4 to 7+ years in customer marketing, partner marketing, or product marketingProven experience building advocacy or reference programs and turning customer outcomes into compelling storiesExperience running co-marketing programs with technology or channel partnersStrong project management across multiple programs and stakeholdersExcellent writing and storytelling, with an instinct for what makes customers say yesComfortable connecting program activity to pipeline and revenueIndustrial tech, AI, manufacturing, or B2B SaaS experience a plusCustomer advisory boards, user communities, or event programmingFamiliarity with review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius)Experience marketing alongside large technology alliances or OEM partnershipsBenefitsFlexible PTOMedical/dental/vision insurance401(k) matchStock optionsPaid parental leaveWFH and phone stipendCompany OverviewAugury develops AI-driven solutions for monitoring machine health and process efficiency in industrial operations.
