EnergyHub is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to become a customer evangelist, helping us meet our revenue targets by effectively demonstrating the value of our solutions to the market. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, product knowledge, and marketing expertise, focusing on positioning and promoting solutions in the utility industry and load flexibility space.ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert on our customers and the challenges they face around distributed energy resource (DER) adoption and how our solutions solve their grid needsDisseminate and evangelize customer insights across the companyCraft compelling messaging and solution-level narratives that align with our company positioning to target utilitiesUnderstand and support our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users of our solutionsLead the creation of compelling and persuasive product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product fact sheets, presentations, website content, and case studies highlighting our solutionsSupport the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new launches and features, including sales enablement and promotional activitiesConduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, positioning strategies, and opportunities for differentiation. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and messagingInform the content roadmap with audience insights. Work with Brand Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels and to develop content for eventsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company deeply understands the full scope of our audiences’s challenges. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success, Market Development and Marketing to gather product information, conduct market research, and refine messaging and positioningMeasure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvementOther duties as assignedSkills3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology, energy, or utilities industryBachelor's degree education or equivalent with a demonstrated understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and tacticsCuriosity and the ability to iterate quickly on new ideasExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging using simple, everyday languageDemonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, and web contentProven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as product management, sales, client success, and engineeringStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to identify and initiate new projects independentlyPassion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impactExpertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPointExperience with electric utilities or the energy technology industry is strongly preferredBenefits100% paid medical for employees401(k) with employer matchCasual environmentThe flexibility to set your own scheduleA fully stocked fridge and pantryFree Citi Bike membershipSecure bike rackGym subsidyPaid parental leaveEducation assistance programCompany OverviewEnergyHub is a producer of energy management tools that improve the relationship between consumers and utilities.
