They are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to build their industry marketing motion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption of ClickHouse across various sectors including financial services and healthcare.ResponsibilitiesDevelop GTM strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of ClickHouseCraft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate ClickHouse in the marketCreate marketing collateral, including website content, blogs, presentations, internal enablement content, and moreCollaborate with the cross-functional team to gather market insights and understand customer needsConduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and inform product and marketing strategiesEvaluate and iterate on this strategy with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to track efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendationsSkillsSubstantial experience in product marketing, product, or a technical role, including time spent on industry or vertical marketingExperience with the financial services industry specificallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and conciselyAnalytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-makingProven lead skills with the ability to manage multiple priority workstreams and deadlines simultaneouslyTeam player who collaborates effectively across functions and levelsDeep understanding of databases, particularly OLAPExperience at a startup or other fast-moving environmentFluency in SQLBenefitsFlexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly.
