Oracle is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help build a unified payments platform that integrates pay-ins, payouts, merchant acquiring, and embedded financial capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams to translate complex payment flows into clear product requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality payment capabilities.ResponsibilitiesCreate clear, comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and functional specificationsDocument end-to-end payment flows including pay-ins, payouts, settlement, routing, reconciliation, and merchant lifecycle scenariosMaintain precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules in partnership with cross-functional teamsServe as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and QA teamsWork with technical leads to convert business needs into scalable system designs and API specificationsCollaborate with UI/UX, API, and data teams to ensure technical alignment with product visionDevelop detailed process maps, system interaction diagrams, and transaction journeys using Visio, Miro, or LucidchartEnsure accuracy of payment orchestration flows across authorization, capture, disbursements, and funding eventsSupport design of multi-rail routing and money movement architecture for platform use casesSupport backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization of features and enhancementsParticipate in QA review, UAT validation, and release readinessTrack delivery milestones and ensure on-time, high-quality product launchesFinalize end-to-end documentation of business requirements, flows, high and low level designs, and build phasesManage detailed execution plans and sprint-level deliverablesContinue to refine requirements and definitions throughout development and pivot as needed for market needsAlign implementations, billing, risk and compliance practices, servicing, and support for the solutionProvide input for prioritization decisions balancing scope, timeline, and qualitySkillsBachelor's Degree10+ years of experience in product management within payments, pay-ins, payouts, merchant acquiring, money movement, or financial servicesStrong understanding of the end-to-end money movement lifecycle, including acceptance, disbursement, settlement, routing, reconciliation, and underlying platform APIsExperience documenting payment flows and business processes with clarity and precisionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to break down complex payment journeysProven success working with engineering teams in an Agile environmentHands-on expertise with JIRA, Confluence, Lucid chart, Miro, or similar toolsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-team alignment skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to create structured, logical artifactsLeverage AI tools and technologies in day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational outcomesIdentify and conceptualize AI-driven use cases within the product portfolio to enhance client experience and strengthen the overall value propositionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standardsTranslate business challenges into AI opportunities, creating actionable strategies for implementation and measurable impactExperience with platform or marketplace payment flows, payment acceptance, payout orchestration, and merchant lifecycle eventsFamiliarity with APIs, microservices, and modern digital banking or payment processing systemsUnderstanding of settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, funding, and transaction lifecycle managementCertifications in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis (e.g., CSPO, CBAP) are a plusBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental benefits401k retirement planVariable pay/incentivesPaid time offPaid holidaysCompany OverviewOracle is an integrated cloud application and platform services that sells a range of enterprise information technology solutions.
