[Remote] Product Manager (UBOR)

They are seeking a Product Manager to support the UBOR product, ensuring effective execution of the product roadmap by collaborating with various teams and enhancing product capabilities through AI-enabled tools.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the UBOR product roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, client needs, and delivery timelinesTranslate product vision into detailed requirements and specifications, working with stakeholders to gather inputs and communicate directionBalance customer requests with longer-term product objectivesPartner with Engineering, QA, and Subject Matter Experts to translate specifications into effective design and deliveryCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure product capabilities are clearly positioned and communicatedRepresent UBOR in client meetings as appropriate to present roadmap updates, collect feedback, and ensure alignmentContribute to business case development for product enhancements and R&D investmentsRapidly prototype workflows, user experiences, reporting logic, or automation concepts using AI-assisted coding and modern development toolsValidate product ideas through lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts before committing full engineering resourcesSkills3–6 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS platforms serving asset managers or related financial services sectorsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field preferredExperience building or supporting financial technology productsFoundational domain knowledge in hedge funds, private credit, private equity, institutional asset management, or related sectorsHands-on experience with investment accounting (IBOR or ABOR preferred)Demonstrated experience across the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, planning, delivery support, and post-release feedbackHands-on experience using generative AI tools to build functional prototypes or proof-of-conceptsComfort with lightweight scripting, SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools to independently prototype workflows and validate ideasBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field preferredBenefitsVariable compensation in the form of a year-end bonusBenefits including medical and prescription drug coverage401k contribution matchingCompany OverviewArcesium is provider of middle- and back-office technology and services to alternative asset managers.
