The Product Manager will shape and deliver product solutions, working cross-functionally to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals while managing the product lifecycle from strategy to launch.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and validate market opportunities through customer interviews, feedback channels, competitive analysis, and internal stakeholder collaborationTranslate insights into clear problem statements aligned with customer needs and business objectivesPartner with design and engineering to explore solution paths, define MVPs, and shape product strategyDevelop and maintain a clear product roadmap with defined goals, success metrics, and release criteriaPrioritize initiatives and features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibilityMaintain a well-groomed product backlog aligned with roadmap priorities and delivery timelinesWrite clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and guide backlog execution throughout the development lifecycleCollaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure solutions are feasible, well understood, and delivered with high-quality, intuitive user experiencesManage risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams to keep initiatives on trackParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectivesFoster continuous improvement in product development practices and team collaborationCoordinate go-to-market plans with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful product launches and internal enablementMonitor product adoption, usage trends, and customer feedback to measure success and inform future improvementsEvaluate and prioritize incoming bug reports, feedback, and enhancement requestsIdentify opportunities for new integrations, customer segments, and market expansionDefine integration strategies and validate emerging user personas and workflowsRepresent the product in customer events, webinars, and industry engagementsBuild and manage relationships with key external partners, including OEMs and third-party providersSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
