The role involves managing product documentation, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and support sales efforts.ResponsibilitiesServe as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network partnerships including rules of engagement, guidelines, and competitive advantagesProvide insight and guidance to internal teams and in support of our sales and renewal processesCreate, update, and maintain product documentation related to our network partnershipsTrack and analyze performance metrics to ensure networks are functioning as intended and collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and/or implement improvements to processesProvide training and support for to sales, account management, and other internal teamsDevelop rapport and maintain relationships with network partners including management of escalated issuesCoordinate with marketing on strategy, product positioning, and creation of product collateralCollaborate and develop relationships with internal teams including operations, sales, account management, marketing, and othersManage escalated issues that require product expertise in coordination with other teams such as claims, operations, finance, and othersHelp assess new opportunities and partnerships, as neededSupport product management team with initiatives and special projects, as neededSkillsBachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience requiredAt least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or similar rolePrior experience with provider networks or in the health insurance industry requiredStrong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple initiativesAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projectsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability InsuranceGenerous Paid Time OffTuition ReimbursementEAPTechnology StipendCompany OverviewAllied offers insurance products, self-insurance solutions, custom insurance and healthcare solutions to the individuals and organizations.
