This role involves managing product requests, ensuring initiative clarity, and driving adoption metrics to facilitate the scaling of the Platform.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage structured intake processes that give every team a clear, consistent path for submitting product requestsTriage feedback and requests from 200+ active platform users, distinguishing genuine friction from noise and converting high-signal issues into actionable initiativesMaintain a clean, prioritized backlog that reflects current strategic direction and is accessible and understood by all stakeholdersEnsure the product team is working on the right things at the right time, not just the loudest requestsTranslate high-level product direction from the VP Product into clear problem statements, defined scope boundaries, success metrics, and structured PRDsPrevent scope creep by establishing and holding clear initiative boundaries from the outsetEnsure every initiative has defined success criteria before development beginsMaintain architectural alignment with VP Product throughout initiative design and executionMaintain quarterly and monthly roadmap clarity so every stakeholder knows what is being built, why, and whenSequence initiatives based on impact, dependencies, and constraints, ensuring the highest-value work ships firstSurface risks and blockers early, before they become delivery failuresEnsure no initiative stalls due to unclear ownership, missing inputs, or lack of follow-throughPartner with offshore development resources, implementation leads, and enablement teams to drive delivery against defined milestonesTrack initiative progress in real time, removing blockers before they escalate and keeping all parties aligned on scope and timelinesServe as the connective tissue between product direction and delivery execution across all active initiativesMeasure platform usage and feature adoption following each launch, identifying where adoption is strong and where it is breaking downIdentify friction patterns in user behavior and bring them back to the product team as structured, prioritized inputClose the loop between user feedback and product iteration, ensuring the Platform improves based on real-world behavior, not assumptionsPartner with the Enablement Lead to ensure adoption data informs both training interventions and product decisionsWeekly: Backlog review with VP Product, delivery status on active initiatives, and blocker resolutionMonthly: Roadmap review, adoption measurement, feedback synthesis, and intake process assessmentQuarterly: Roadmap planning cycle, initiative prioritization, and product operations retrospectiveSkillsProven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or internal workflow platform environmentsHigh competency working with technically complex systems including APIs, databases, and automation pipelinesExperience with Salesforce-integrated systemsStrong written communication skills and the ability to translate ambiguous direction into structured, actionable PRDsHigh attention to detail and a bias toward clarity, structure, and operational rigor over speed and improvisationDemonstrated ability to manage scope boundaries, say no with clear justification, and hold initiatives to defined requirements without deviationConsistent track record of meeting project deliverables on time and to specification, with no missed tollgates, no scope creep, and no deadline slippage; this role requires someone who closes what they openExperience working directly with and reducing the operational load on senior leadershipProven work on AI and ML-driven product features, with the ability to translate model behavior and data pipeline logic into clear product requirementsDemonstrated experience scaling internal tools or platforms across 100 or more users, with measurable improvements in adoption and operational efficiencyProven ability to coordinate and drive accountability with offshore development teams, including asynchronous communication, milestone tracking, and delivery management across time zonesCompany OverviewOxford Road is an advertising firm that help the most innovative companies in the world acquire thousands of new customers.
