The role involves driving execution on existing roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and transitioning into video product areas as they scale. Responsibilities Step into the music context space and support delivery across key initiatives like Song DNA, About the Song, Countdown Pages, and New Music Submission Drive execution on an existing roadmap, helping the team deliver high-quality work on time Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to bring new artist experiences to life Navigate changing priorities and adapt plans as new insights or business needs emerge Contribute to shaping product direction over time as you grow into greater ownership Build a strong understanding of artist and fan needs to inform product decisions Transition into the video product area as it scales, taking on more strategic ownership and leading a dedicated squad Skills You have experience working on digital products, in a product management role You know how to drive execution and keep teams aligned on goals and timelines You are comfortable working with evolving priorities and can adapt quickly to change You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, and business teams You care about building great user experiences for artists and fans You have an interest in music, storytelling, or creator platforms You bring experience from consumer products, video platforms, or high-scale environments serving large user bases You understand, or are curious about, areas like music rights, licensing, or the broader music ecosystem Benefits Health insurance Six month paid parental leave 401(k) retirement plan Monthly meal allowance 23 paid days off 13 paid flexible holidays Company Overview Spotify is a commercial music streaming service that provides restricted digital content from a range of record labels and artists.
