[Remote] Product Manager, Literacy

They are seeking a Product Manager for their Literacy product line to oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and utilizing market research and user insights to shape strategy.ResponsibilitiesExecute product management end-to-end including: market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development, pricing, and launchCollaborate with the Content & Editorial team to execute the strategy related to state adoptions, pricing bundles, sampling, and open territory/large-district opportunities for a productConduct user interviews and coordinate tests to validate product decisionsSynthesize customer feedback, product analytics, and competitive market data into clear prioritization recommendationsMonitor P&L for your product line and surface risks and remedies to leadershipCollaborate across Content, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Design, and Operations to keep vision and execution alignedProvide oversight and ensure alignment between the instructional philosophy, content development and Great Mindsβ digital platform in the delivery of features and customer experienceSkillsAt least 3 years of experience working in education publishing with a track record of success in product development, digital product management, curriculum development and/or project management, preferably in the K-12 education marketDeep respect for and alignment to the philosophy, instructional design, and pedagogy of Great Minds' knowledge-building visionExcellent stakeholder management skills, including customers, sales team, content development teams, product marketing, and senior leadership that require a sophisticated level of sensitivity and excellent judgmentStrong analytical thinking and decision-making skills to anticipate challenges, issues, or opportunitiesStrong business acumen, with the ability to think about ROI, strategic pricing, and the potential value of ideas to help the team prioritize where and how to spend limited resourcesDeep belief that every child is capable of greatnessBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCompany OverviewA group of education leaders founded the non-profit Great Minds in 2007 to define and encourage content-rich comprehensive education.
