Ascendum Solutions is seeking an experienced Horizontal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Distribution Center (DC)-facing capabilities deployed through their ERP platform. This cross-functional role involves partnering with various teams to ensure distribution capabilities scale efficiently and deliver measurable business value across the enterprise.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DC-facing ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise supply chain and operations objectivesPartner with DC Operations stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate business needs into clear product specificationsDrive horizontal alignment across multiple business units, ensuring consistent processes, data models, and capabilities across the DC networkCollaborate with engineering, ERP configuration teams, and system integrators to deliver high-quality solutions on timeDefine and track KPIs to measure adoption, operational efficiency, and ROI of DC capabilitiesManage the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, rollout, and continuous improvementServe as the subject matter expert bridging DC operational workflows and ERP system capabilitiesSkills5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on supply chain, distribution, or ERP-enabled solutionsHands-on experience in DC Operations or as a Product Manager for DC-facing products (WMS, inventory management, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, or labor management)Proven ability to manage horizontal/platform products that serve multiple business units or geographiesStrong understanding of ERP-integrated supply chain workflows and data flowsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skillsExperience working cross functionally across several teamsExperience working ERP OracleExperience working with warehouse technology productSoft Skills Needed: stakeholder management, negotiation between competing interests, communication skillsExperience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) or related Oracle Retail/Supply Chain modulesFamiliarity with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) and their integration with ERP systemsExperience working in retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution environmentsAgile/Scrum product delivery experienceCompany OverviewDevelop Beyond.
