[Remote] Product Manager, Knee

Advita Ortho is focused on innovation in orthopedic implants and instruments, and they are seeking a Product Manager for their Knee product line. The role involves managing product life cycles, conducting market analysis, supporting sales activities, and developing marketing strategies to drive product success.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of the life cycle of existing and new implants and instruments or biological products as well as product related literatureLeads all management of a several smaller product lines or a single larger product lineAssist in the development of market and competitive product analysisProvide field education and assist with follow up on regulatory issuesSupport the selling activities through assisting with field training, field visits and case coverage, etc. for established surgeons and agentsDevelop working relations with leading orthopedic surgeons and staff to analyze their needs and maintain a dialog for current information while abiding by the Advita Code of Ethics and all applicable legal guidelinesPlan and forecast product sample inventoryServe on project teams to support new product developmentDevelop annual marketing plans and oversee implementation and other tactical related activitiesDevelop and recommend annual pricing strategiesContributes to individual module development and presentation of product training programsProvide marketing expertise to the Multi Skill TeamsContribute ideas and offer solutions to critical team & departmental issuesCommunicate product related sales support information to field sales force in the form of Product Updates and other documentsProvide technical expertise to agents, reps, and surgeons to improve patient outcomesKnow and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standardsAssist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessarySkillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution requiredMinimum 5-years-experience in related functionGood organizational & interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple projectsWorking knowledge of windows-based office productivity tools including word processor and spreadsheetAbility to meet the medical requirements to gain entry into individual hospitals and hospital systems as needed to observe surgical proceduresAbility to travel 30-40% of jobMaster's Degree preferredBenefitsFully remote workplaceCompany OverviewAdvita Ortho is a global medical device company committed to advancing patient lives through innovative orthopedic solutions.
