They are seeking a Product Manager IV to lead the product lifecycle for legal software, ensuring maximum value delivery while collaborating with various teams to address critical business problems.ResponsibilitiesDrives discovery, prioritization, development, and deployment for legal softwareLeads in roadmap planning and story mappingMeasures success based on value created (or loss mitigated), leveraging product analytics to make informed decisionsIdentifies and tracks objectives and key results (OKRs) for outcome-based advancementsEvaluates and prioritizes potential features or software and aligns them to the legal team's objectivesBecomes the subject matter expert (SME) on legal team product needs, requirements, goals, and areas of valuePerforms end-user shadowing/interviews and collaborates with legal and business stakeholders to identify and understand user problems to solveUses data to formulate quantifiable problem statements and solution hypotheses that are quantifiableGuides user-facing communication, change management, and education for new capabilitiesPartners with IT and Product teams to navigate internal processes and to inform sprint activities for internal development when neededAdvocates for the legal team's priorities, actively removes roadblocks, identifies cross-team dependencies, and escalates issuesCollaborates closely with Partnerโs core security, compliance, and IT risk teams to ensure software delivery meets all enterprise requirements on timeSkillsBachelor's Degree4+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on 4+ digital productsBusiness acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to leadExceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks effectively, deliver to tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domainsExperience writing requirements for user stories and software featuresFamiliarity with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) systems, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Legal AI toolsExperience managing vendor evaluations, running RFP processes, and overseeing external software implementationsExperience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launchIndustry experience can be an invaluable substitute for direct product management skills.
