They are seeking a Product Manager II to enhance Collaboration Experiences through a Product-Led Growth approach, driving user engagement and maximizing growth through experimentation.ResponsibilitiesDefine a set of features/experiences based on customer needs, market trends, and business outcomesSocialize your work and drive alignment with cross-functional leaders; work closely with design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiencesRegularly present strategy, product concepts and roadmap to educate, influence and align with senior leadershipUse internal and external data to guide experimentation, A/B testing, decisions, opportunities and evaluation of successPartner with research, product design, data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities that our customers loveSupport other duties as neededSkills3+ years of product management experience, with substantial experience in a Product-Led Growth environment or building viral/sharing featuresA data-driven mentality with a deep focus on experimentation, metrics, and analyticsExperience partnering closely with engineering, design, user research and marketing teams working on agile development and frequent product releasesHigh interpersonal skills to build trusted and strategic cross-team partnerships rooted in customer benefitTechnical degree, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product decisions on behalf of customersComfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate work, with a curious and experimental mindset toward emerging capabilities.
