[Remote] Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery

The Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery will oversee systems and processes to ensure timely medication delivery for patients, collaborating with various teams to build a reliable fulfillment infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that powers Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teamsOwn end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every timePartner with engineering to design, specify, and ship reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriersDefine and track KPIs including first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and manual operational hoursIdentify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflowsMeasure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvementSkills4+ years of product management experience, ideally as a PM working closely with backend systems, third-party integrations, and operational teamsStrong technical fluency - comfortable reading API docs, writing integration specs, and partnering closely with engineers on architecture decisionsExperience shipping fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products.
