[Remote] Product Manager - Formulary/PBM

They are seeking a Product Manager for Formulary/PBM to build and maintain product backlogs, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with various stakeholders to support modernization initiatives in healthcare.ResponsibilitiesBuild, prioritize, edit, and maintain product backlogs aligned to modernization objectivesDevelop and maintain product roadmaps supporting formulary and clinical automation initiativesPartner with Product Leadership, Engineering, Clinical teams, and Operations stakeholdersGather business requirements and translate them into user stories, epics, and technical requirementsSupport initiatives focused on:Formulary modernizationUtilization management modernizationProduct modularityClinical automationPharmacy claims adjudication workflowsClient benefit configuration strategiesWork closely with engineering teams to define scalable automation solutionsLead backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories meet acceptance criteriaUse data, stakeholder feedback, and business priorities to drive product decisionsSupport testing, deployment, release, and post-release activitiesPresent product updates, demos, and roadmap progress to stakeholdersCollaborate across teams to ensure product strategy aligns with broader modernization goalsSkills5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related experienceHealthcare, PBM, Pharmacy, Clinical, Formulary, or Utilization Management experienceExperience building and managing product roadmapsStrong Agile experience working with cross-functional teamsExperience with: Jira, Airtable, Aha!Company OverviewDexian provides services for staffing, talent development, and consulting, with a focus on technology, finance, and project management.
