[Remote] Product Manager (Enterprise IT Management Software)

As the Product Manager for Enterprise IT Management Software, you will oversee the development and enhancement of the software management platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.ResponsibilitiesDefine and articulate the product vision and strategy for our Enterprise IT management software, including on-prem and Cloud-based/SaaS solutionsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year strategic product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market demandsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiationPartner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and oversee the development processCollaborate to ensure a user-centric approach to product design and functionality with the goal to improve the customer experience and drive market adoptionWork with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to create go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and customer support documentationEngage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and understand their needs, pain points, and preferencesUtilize data-driven insights and analytics to drive product decisions and prioritize featuresMonitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product relevant and forward-thinkingOversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releasesDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvementManage product enhancements, updates, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and market demandsSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree encouraged5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Enterprise IT management software or related software solutionsProven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products throughout their lifecycleKnowledge of Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Services as well as AI implementation is a plusExperience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with product management tools and methodologiesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExceptional communication, presentation, and people skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsCompany OverviewVertiv designs, builds and services critical infrastructure that enables vital applications for data centers and industrial facilities.
