[Remote] Product Manager – Data Integrations & Third-Party Data Sources
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oracle Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the onboarding, implementation, and support of third-party data source integrations. This role will manage delivery of data source projects, prioritize enhancements, resolve integration challenges, and ensure successful client outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn the lifecycle of third-party data source onboarding and integration projects from intake through production deploymentPartner with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation plansPrioritize and manage a portfolio of data source initiatives, enhancements, and defect remediation effortsCoordinate resolution of technical issues impacting client implementations and ongoing support activitiesAnalyze data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams to determine appropriate solutionsUtilize data analysis and SQL-based investigations to validate data mappings, troubleshoot integration issues, and support implementation activitiesTrack project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectivesCommunicate project updates, technical issues, and resolution plans to both technical and non-technical audiencesIdentify opportunities to improve implementation processes, operational efficiency, and customer experienceSupport KPI achievement related to project delivery, resource allocation, onboarding timelines, and customer satisfactionSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience managing technical products, integrations, implementations, or client-facing technology projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with data integration concepts, APIs, interfaces, or ETL processesExperience utilizing SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, or validationAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA minimum of 2 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized functionExperience with healthcare data integration platforms and healthcare interoperability standardsExperience supporting third-party data source onboarding and implementationKnowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutionsExperience working directly with clients and cross-functional technical teamsFamiliarity with Agile product management methodologiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related fieldAbility to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teamsExperience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategyStrong experience with ExcelMust be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentMust be comfortable working in ambiguous situationsExcellent interpersonal skillsBenefitsCompetitive benefits that support our people with flexible medical, life insurance, and retirement optionsEmployees to give back to their communities through our volunteer programsCompany OverviewOracle is an integrated cloud application and platform services that sells a range of enterprise information technology solutions.
