[Remote] Product Manager - BTP

As a Product Manager on the Be The People platform, you will drive product direction, collaborate with various teams, and ensure that the product aligns with the mission of the organization.ResponsibilitiesWork with the product team leadership to shape direction and own the prioritized backlog for assigned areas of the Be The People platformRun discovery: user interviews, usability sessions, and ongoing research with partners and end usersPartner with engineering and design on weekly delivery cycles and same-week content updatesDefine success metrics and partner with growth analytics on measurement and experimentationCoordinate releases, communication, and rollout across Stand Together community organizationsMaintain a healthy backlog in partnership with the Scrum Master and engineering leadershipTranslate user, partner, and stakeholder needs into clear product decisionsSkillsFive or more years of product management experience on consumer-facing platformsStrong discovery skills: user interviews, usability testing, and partner researchFluency with product analytics and experimentationTrack record of shipping iteratively and partnering closely with engineering and designStrong written communication and the ability to make tradeoffs explicitBackground in a startup, early-stage, or entrepreneurial environmentTrack record of using AI-enabled tools and practices to accelerate your workEnthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respectCompany OverviewStand Together is a non-profit organization management company that specializes in education, trade, foreign policy.
