They are seeking a B2B Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for their B2B offering, collaborating with founders and early enterprise clients to create a product that meets market demands.ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap: Define, prioritize, and communicate the B2B product roadmap from initial discovery through general availability, with clear alignment to revenue and retention goalsDrive GTM execution: Partner with founders and go-to-market leadership to design and execute the B2B launch strategy — including ICP definition, pricing, packaging, and channel selectionDesign partner program: Recruit, manage, and extract maximum signal from a small cohort of design partners. Turn early relationships into case studies, referrals, and reference logosLand and expand: Build the playbook for acquiring initial B2B accounts and expanding them — from pilot to contract to upsellDeep discovery: Conduct structured discovery with RIAs, asset managers, and institutional prospects to surface unmet needs, workflow pain points, and willingness-to-pay signalsSynthesis: Translate qualitative customer insight and quantitative usage data into actionable product decisions, communicated clearly to engineering and leadershipMarket intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape (Magnifi, Orion, Envestnet, etc.) and maintain a sharp point of view on where Allio can winSpec and ship: Write clear, concise PRDs and user stories. Work closely with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of B2B featuresFeedback loops: Build tight feedback loops between customers, customer success, and engineering to ensure the product improves with every release cyclePlatform thinking: Design B2B features with scalability in mind — API-first architecture, multi-tenant support, white-label considerations, and integration flexibilitySales enablement: Develop pitch decks, demo environments, battlecards, and other materials that equip the sales team to close B2B dealsCompliance alignment: Work with operations and compliance to ensure all B2B product features meet SEC, FINRA, and fiduciary standards before launchInvestor narrative: Contribute to the investor-facing product story — including metrics, traction milestones, and roadmap vision for fundraising materialsSkills0-to-1 experience: You have launched a B2B product from scratch — zero customers to a repeatable sales motion. This is non-negotiableFintech or wealth management domain: 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software. RIA, wealth management, or capital markets exposure is a strong differentiatorGTM fluency: You understand B2B go-to-market mechanics — ICP definition, pricing strategy, sales cycle dynamics, and how to build pipeline through product-led and sales-led motionsTechnical depth: Comfortable with API-first product design, data integrations, and working with engineering on complex technical requirements. You don't need to write code, but you need to think like someone who doesExceptional communicator: Able to run a compelling customer discovery call, write a tight PRD, and present a product narrative to investors — all in the same weekStartup operating style: High ownership, low ego, bias toward action. You are energized by ambiguity and thrive without a large team or established playbook behind youEducation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
