They are seeking a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of their service portfolio, ensuring alignment across various teams and translating complex technical services into market-ready offerings.ResponsibilitiesDefine and standardize services, not just featuresEnsure alignment across Sales, Delivery, Support, and MarketingBuild scalable service offerings that are profitable and repeatableTranslate technical complexity into clear, sellable solutionsDrive AI-enabled service innovation and operational efficiencyOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of MSP and MSSP services from definition through optimizationDefine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Target Customer Profiles (TCPs)Segment offerings by customer size, vertical, and business unitEnsure alignment between what is marketed, sold, delivered, and supportedMaintain a normalized product and service catalogOwn all supporting documentation, including internal and client-facing materialsEstablish governance for documentation standards, templates, and approvalsEnsure consistency across all functions (Sales, Delivery, Support, Finance, Marketing)Develop and maintain cost models, pricing structures, and MSRPContinuously refine unit economics (ticket costs, delivery costs, infrastructure support)Ensure services are scalable, profitable, and standardizedPartner with Delivery, Security Operations, and Implementation teams to define required roles, skills, and certificationsAlign product needs with training and enablement programsTrain internal teams across Sales, Delivery, and SupportAct as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholdersDefine and drive AI-enabled delivery strategies across servicesIdentify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalabilityEstablish guardrails to prevent over-customizationCreate feedback loops across Sales, clients, and internal teamsPartner with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate positioning and collateralSupport service adoption, expansion, and retention through clear value articulationAlign offerings with market demand and evolving client needsBuild and communicate product roadmaps and release cyclesEnsure alignment with compliance requirements, SLAs, and contractual obligationsMaintain accountability across cross-functional stakeholdersSkills7+ years of Product Management experience in technical services (MSP, MSSP, or similar)Proven success productizing complex service offerings (not just software)Strong experience with IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity servicesAbility to create clear, precise documentation and client-facing materialsExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teamsBachelor's degree in Business or related fieldStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM)Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)Pragmatic Institute CertificationBroad technical fluency across MSP/MSSP domains (infrastructure, cloud, security)Experience in service-based or subscription business modelsPMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)Project Management Professional (PMP)Microsoft or other relevant technical certificationsCompany OverviewDyopath specializes in IT outsourcing, education, connectivity, IT consulting, managed security, virtualization & cloud computing services.
