[Remote] Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Intersect Group is seeking a Product Manager to play a critical role in a large scale Product Lifecycle Management transformation. This role will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the new PLM platform meets both functional and strategic needs while driving efficiency and user adoption.ResponsibilitiesLead product management efforts for the PLM implementation, aligning business needs with technical solutionsPartner with business stakeholders to define product development processes and optimize workflowsGather, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for development teamsCollaborate with engineering and implementation teams to ensure successful solution deliveryDrive stakeholder alignment across cross functional groups and maintain clear communicationSupport change management efforts to encourage adoption and effective use of the PLM platformAct as a trusted partner to Product Leadership, providing insights and recommendationsMonitor progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectationsSkillsWill require 50% travel - travel will be paid for by client, when not traveling this role can be remote in the United States5 plus years of Product Management experience with a focus on enterprise systems or platformsProven experience supporting or leading PLM implementationsStrong background in apparel, retail, footwear, or consumer products industriesExperience with PLM tools such as Centric, FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose, Enovia, or similar platformsDeep understanding of product development lifecycle and merchandising processesDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teamsStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organizationBenefitsTravel will be paid for by clientWhen not traveling this role can be remote in the United StatesCompany OverviewThe Intersect Group is a staffing and recruiting company that provides staffing and consulting services.
