[Remote] Product Manager

EVONA is a space technology company seeking a Founding Product Manager to lead the development of an environmental intelligence platform. This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving product adoption across government and commercial markets.ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy, roadmap, and long-term product visionAct as the primary interface between customers, operators, and engineering teamsGather customer feedback and translate operational needs into product requirementsDefine, prioritise, and manage feature development and product enhancementsSupport customer engagements, demonstrations, and technical presentationsDrive product adoption across government and commercial marketsCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product deliverySupport product launch activities and customer onboardingContribute to commercialisation strategy, packaging, and future product offeringsSkillsExperience managing complex technical products from concept through deploymentStrong product management background within space, defence, aerospace, communications, or related sectorsSpace Domain Awareness, RF, radar, SATCOM, GNSS, or missile tracking experienceDefence or government customer exposureProduct launch or 0-1 product development experienceExperience working directly with engineering teams and technical stakeholdersUnderstanding of data-driven products, sensor systems, analytics platforms, or mission-critical technologiesAbility to engage credibly with both technical users and executive stakeholdersExperience operating in fast-paced startup, scale-up, or innovation-focused environmentsActive security clearance or eligibility to obtain oneCompany OverviewEVONA is where Space finds its people.
