[Remote] Product Manager

The Product Manager will support product development, create product roadmaps, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer-focused products and identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to create product roadmap and vision
ā¢ Deliver products and services known for their customer-focus and innovative capabilities
ā¢ Work with marketing teams, sales personnel, and customers to identify new opportunities
ā¢ Communicate and train sales and service teams on new features and business processes
ā¢ Partner with other product managers on portfolio strategy
ā¢ Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for your specific product
Skills
ā¢ Education: Bachelor's Degree
ā¢ 2+ years of work experience in product management, preferably in the P&C insurance industry or related field
ā¢ Strong knowledge of P&C networks and industry trends
ā¢ Experience working with sales and service teams in a P&C insurance organization
ā¢ Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities within P&C networks
ā¢ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to inform business decisions and drive business growth
ā¢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external teams
ā¢ Flexible and responsive approach to work, with the ability to adapt quickly in response to changing market conditions and customer needs
