[Remote] Product Manager

The role involves translating business objectives into product requirements, managing the product backlog, and engaging with customers to drive product improvements.ResponsibilitiesLeads the full product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and product launchesTranslates business objectives and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and development prioritiesManages and prioritizes the product backlog while collaborating closely with development, QA, and cross-functional teamsEngages with customers, prospects, and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify market needs, and drive product improvementsSupports Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectivesDevelops product messaging, value propositions, and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholdersEnsures successful delivery of high-quality software solutions by coordinating across engineering, operations, professional services, and leadership teamsSkillsBachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or business-related field or equivalent/years of experience required7+ years related work experienceExperience interacting with customers to define and prioritize requirements and specificationsMust be able to define and manage complex processes and/or product issues of a broad scope using independent judgmentExcellent analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal communication and management skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsRevenue Cycle certifications are preferred but not requiredExperience in billing operations for a hospital is preferred3+ years product management experience preferredExperience with enterprise-level patient financial systems preferredExperience with enterprise-level scheduling and/or registration software solutions preferredSoftware design experience in complex, multi-tasking, real-time, highly availability system preferred (SAFe Agile experience preferred)Experience working in small, highly focused teamsCompany OverviewHarris provides mission-critical software solutions for the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities, and Private Sector verticals throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
