[Remote] Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Catalyst Brands LLC is seeking a Product Manager to lead product management for Customer Loyalty capabilities and experiences. This role involves shaping and delivering a product vision and roadmap to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, as well as managing the requirements and user stories for the JCPenney customer loyalty program.ResponsibilitiesAssists manager with defining and maintaining the product vision and strategic roadmap for Loyalty capabilities evolutionPartner with business partners to align product strategy with enterprise objectives and marketing prioritiesLead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams. This includes, marketing partners, digital partners, customer care and store ops, third party vendors, technical team and dependent technical teamsDocument business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows with precision and clarity. Review with all impacted teams prior to development. Engage with architects and engineering partners to ensure solution is understood by all before execution & delivery phaseEnsure requirements are traceable and aligned with business value deliveryServe as the primary liaison between marketing business, creative, technology, digital teams, customer care and store operations to ensure successful product deliveryPartner with engineering, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into actionable solutionsDrive alignment and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecyclePrioritize features and backlog items to maximize business impact and delivery efficiencyTrack progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of capabilities and enhancementsSupport testing, change management, and training to enable adoption of new capabilitiesDocumenting gaps for future roadmap considerationsCommunicate to all impacted teams throughoutMonitor usage and performance of marketing platforms and toolsGather feedback from stakeholders to inform enhancements and future roadmap planningStay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in marketing operations and creative enablementSkillsThree years' experience leading product in an agile environment, with the associated processes and deliverablesProven ability to own the full product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap through requirements and deliveryDirect experience with loyalty program capabilities: loyalty platforms/loyalty strategyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at stakeholder engagement across business and technology teamsFamiliarity with agile methodologies, user story writing, and backlog managementCompany OverviewCatalyst Brands brings together Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Lucky Brand, Nautica, and JCPenney, creating an unmatched portfolio of iconic retail banners that celebrate the essence of American style.
