[Remote] Product Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking an experienced Horizontal Product Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a large enterprise client. This role involves leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Distribution Center (DC)-facing capabilities within an enterprise ERP environment, focusing on improving efficiency and standardizing processes across the network.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DC-facing ERP capabilities, aligned to broader supply chain and operational goalsPartner closely with DC Operations and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate needs into product featuresDrive horizontal alignment across business units and geographies, ensuring standardized processes and data models across the DC networkCollaborate with engineering, ERP configuration teams, and system integrators to deliver solutions on time and with high qualityDefine and track KPIs to measure adoption, operational efficiency, and ROILead the full product lifecycle including discovery, prioritization, delivery, rollout, and continuous improvementAct as the SME bridging DC operational workflows and ERP system capabilitiesSkills5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within supply chain, distribution, or ERP-enabled environmentsHands-on experience supporting DC operations or DC-facing products, including: WMS, Inventory management, Receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, Labor managementExperience managing horizontal/platform products across multiple business units or regionsStrong understanding of ERP-integrated supply chain workflows and data flowsProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across business and technical teamsExcellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Oracle ERP, specifically Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) or related modulesFamiliarity with WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, etc.) and ERP integrationsBackground in retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution environmentsExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery modelsBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insuranceEligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employmentPaid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite locationCompany OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
