[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to lead healthcare technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to support enterprise healthcare systems and ensure successful implementation and integration processes.ResponsibilitiesServe as a member of Steering Committee and core project teamsAct as the assigned technical lead on project initiativesCoordinate with DVHA, ADS, AOE, LEAs, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issuesSupport SMEs, EHR IT Analysts, and EHR Implementation LeadsOversee data migration and integration/interfaces between EHR systems and other platformsParticipate in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project methodologiesProvide technical risk analysis, sizing, and solution recommendationsSupport infrastructure, platform, and release management decisionsEnsure quality delivery of technical solutions and implementation processesCoach technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholdersIdentify and manage technical debt, risks, and mitigation strategiesPartner with vendors and business leads to monitor project and vendor performanceAssist in documentation, training materials, and organizational support activitiesSupport continuous process improvements and retrospective activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field8–10+ years of Product Management or Technical Leadership experienceExperience with Healthcare Technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsStrong understanding of SDLC and enterprise application deliveryHands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid environmentsKnowledge of healthcare interoperability and system integration practicesExperience with cloud-based platforms and enterprise applicationsUnderstanding of HIPAA, security, privacy, and compliance standardsStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with government or public sector healthcare projects preferredMicrosoft Azure experienceAzure DevOps experienceMedicaid or healthcare program experienceVendor management and release management expertiseCompany OverviewRadiant Digital is supports multiple health focused agencies including Department of Health and Human Services.
