The role involves defining and executing the product vision for next-generation cloud security capabilities and collaborating with various teams to build scalable security products.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product strategy and roadmap for cloud security capabilitiesDefine product requirements across cloud infrastructure security, identity security, posture management, runtime protection, and threat detectionPartner closely with engineering and security teams to design scalable, enterprise-grade cloud security productsWork with customers and design partners to understand evolving cloud and AI security challengesDrive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across security-related initiativesCollaborate with GTM and customer-facing teams to translate technical capabilities into customer valueMonitor industry trends across cloud security, zero trust, AI security, compliance, and infrastructure protectionDefine metrics and success criteria around adoption, security posture, platform reliability, and customer impactSupport integrations with cloud providers, enterprise security platforms, and infrastructure ecosystemsSkills5+ years of product management experience in cloud security with a major focus on runtime cloud security in particularStrong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern security principlesExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with areas such as CSPM, CNAPP, IAM, SIEM, workload security, runtime protection, container security, or zero trust architecturesTechnical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and security teamsStrong customer discovery and product strategy skillsExperience shipping enterprise SaaS or infrastructure productsAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesBenefitsBonus & EquityCompany OverviewWinners: Best Start-Up Agency – The Global Recruiter Awards 2025.
