[Remote] Product Manager

Seneca Resources is a staffing and consulting firm seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an enterprise Document Intelligence platform. The role involves owning the product vision for AI-powered solutions that automate document-heavy workflows, collaborating with various teams to drive adoption and improve operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Document Intelligence solutionsLead initiatives focused on document classification, OCR, data extraction, intelligent page splitting, document summarization, and workflow automationDefine product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metricsPrioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, customer needs, technical complexity, and regulatory requirementsPartner with AI/ML engineers to develop scalable solutions leveraging OCR, Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Document AI technologiesEstablish KPIs and performance metrics, including extraction accuracy, processing throughput, automation rates, and operational efficiency improvementsCollaborate with Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure solutions meet privacy, governance, and regulatory standardsLead pilot programs, user adoption initiatives, and change management efforts to maximize business value and product successEvaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to expand automation capabilities across additional document workflowsPresent product strategy, roadmap updates, and business results to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersSkills5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software, AI products, SaaS platforms, or data-driven solutions2+ years of experience with Document AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related technologiesProven success defining product strategy and delivering products from concept through launchExperience working in highly regulated or compliance-focused environmentsStrong ability to communicate technical concepts to executive, operational, and technical audiencesExperience using Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similarDomain expertise in Title Insurance, Escrow Operations, Real Estate Technology, Mortgage Services, Financial Services, or related industriesBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related disciplineMBA or advanced degree preferredExperience with OCR platforms, document classification models, named entity recognition (NER), PDF processing, and data extraction technologiesKnowledge of Responsible AI, data governance, privacy-by-design, and PII protection practicesExperience driving organizational change and adoption of AI-powered business solutionsBenefitsCompetitive payComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plansThe support of a dedicated team who will advocate for you every step of the wayCompany OverviewSeneca Resources is a staffling adn recruiting agency that delivers staffing solutions to organizations in need of top technical talent.
