They are seeking a Product Manager, Revenue Cycle to lead the strategy and execution for revenue cycle capabilities within their organization, responsible for identifying, developing, and launching transformative products.ResponsibilitiesDefine and Execute Product Strategy: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization. Effectively translate the product strategy into a product roadmap that serves business outcomes and value deliveryIdentify and Prioritize High-Impact Use Cases: Using data and customer insights, work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectivesTranslate Business Needs into Solutions: Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraintsManage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with revenue cycle operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions. Ensure solutions are compliant, safe, accurate, reliable, and integrated seamlessly into our platformsCommunicate and Evangelize Product: Act as the internal subject matter expert on revenue cycle for our value-based care product team and business. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholdersMonitor and Measure Success: Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products, using data to inform future iterations and roadmap. Monitor integration data flow, identify and prevent errors, and ensure high quality billing processesManage Vendor Relationships: Manage the vendor relationships of the products within our revenue cycle digital portfolio.
