Farmers Insurance is seeking a Product Management Leader to own the product strategy, people leadership, and business value delivery for the enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This leadership role involves managing the Product Owners for each M365 product pillar and driving measurable business value while ensuring effective change management and adoption strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for all M365 product domains, aligned to Farmers' enterprise prioritiesProvide strategic oversight across all M365 product pillars: Communication โ€” Exchange Online, SMTP Relay, mail flow, Teams Chat & Calling; Collaboration โ€” Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business; Productivity โ€” Microsoft 365 Apps, Outlook, Loop, Planner, Viva Insights & Engage; AI & Automation โ€” Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse); Identity, Compliance & Security โ€” Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Intune, DLP, AIP, eDiscovery; Wireless & Mobility โ€” Intune MDM/MAM, mobile device lifecycle, wireless carrier contract management, MDR and billingAssess Microsoft's evolving roadmap for feature impact, governance implications, and adoption opportunities across Farmers' Corporate and Agency tenantsDrive standardization, governance, and best practices across all M365 pillarsDirectly lead and develop the M365 Product Owner team โ€” one PO per product pillar โ€” with clear accountability, operating rhythms, and performance expectationsCoach Product Owners on backlog management, roadmap communication, KPI tracking, and stakeholder engagementEstablish career development pathways and growth plans for each direct report in partnership with HR and Modern Work leadershipLead ART planning, PI ceremonies, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops across M365 pillarsEnsure Product Owners manage team-level backlogs in alignment with ART-level roadmap prioritiesDefine, track, and communicate KPIs across all M365 investments โ€” including platform reliability (uptime, MTTR), productivity gains, adoption rates, cost avoidance, and licensing efficiencyBuild a business value framework that connects M365 feature delivery to measurable employee experience and operational outcomesDesign and execute enterprise change management and adoption strategies for M365 tool releases โ€” including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagementPartner with HR, Internal Communications, and Business Unit leaders to build cultural readiness for platform changesOversee the Farmers Learning Hub and M365 training resources to ensure employees can maximize platform valueServe as the internal voice of Microsoft 365 โ€” evangelizing capabilities to business stakeholders, people leaders, and executive audiencesBuild trusted relationships with senior leaders across IT, Claims, Service Transformation, Finance, HR, Legal, Architecture, and the AI CouncilServe as the primary product liaison between Modern Work, business stakeholders, and the Microsoft account team and external partnersRepresent Modern Work product strategy in ARB, CAB, and governance reviews, ensuring M365 platform changes are properly reviewed, risk-assessed, and communicatedSkills7-10 years Product and/or Operations Management experience or related experience required7+ years of product management experience, with 3โ€“5+ years in a senior or lead role managing enterprise M365 platformsSAFe Agile certification (SAFe PM/PO, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent) with hands-on ART leadership and Lean Portfolio Management experienceDeep expertise across the M365 product stack, including: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse), Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Intune, and related governance/compliance toolsDemonstrated people leadership โ€” directly managing Product Managers or Product Owners, with a track record of building high-performing teamsStrong change management and adoption experience โ€” including adoption strategy design, communication planning, training, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale M365 rolloutsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSAFe Product Manager Certified within 180 days of hire required2 years experience in PM II or similar role preferred5-7 years leadership experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsBonus Opportunity (based on Company and Individual Performance)401(k)MedicalDentalVisionHealth Savings and Flexible Spending AccountsLife InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveTuition AssistanceCompany OverviewThe companies comprising the Farmers Insurance Group of Companiesยฎ currently make up one of the country's largest insurers of vehicles, homes and small businesses, and provide a wide range of other specialty insurance and financial services products.
