[Remote] Product Management and AI Automation Intern / Paid Internship

They are seeking a sharp, proactive, data-driven intern to support their Product Managers in developing AI automation workflows and enhancing user experience through product insights and strategies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Workflows using AI agent(s) to automate product managementAI workflows building for product development, market research, etcAnalyze user behavior data: Where do customers drop off? What objections stop them?Analyze competitive landscape: What are other claim services doing? What's our differentiation?Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the product teamIdentify friction points in claim form, onboarding, and status trackingCreate weekly/monthly product dashboards tracking performance against targetsCommunicate insights to cross-functional teams (Growth, Ops, Engineering)Assist with feature prioritization: Help evaluate impact vs. effort for roadmap itemsWrite user stories and requirements, translating business needs into actionable tasksCollaborate with designers on prototypes (Figma)Proactively identify problems and propose solutions to the product teamDocument test results, findings, and recommendations clearly for stakeholdersSuggest fresh product angles and improvements based on user feedback and market trendsSupport pitch preparation with data-driven insights and customer storiesSkillsPrevious Product/Growth Experience: Internship in product, growth, marketing, or CRO. 1-2 yearsCurrently enrolled (final year) or recent graduate from a top 20 university in EuropeProven Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, metrics, and statistical thinkingProduct Curiosity: You ask 'why?' constantly.
