[Remote] Product Implementation Manager, iQueue for Operating Rooms

The Product Implementation Manager will lead customer implementations of the iQueue for Operating Rooms, working closely with hospital clients and internal teams to optimize workflows and ensure successful product adoption.ResponsibilitiesLead customer implementations of iQueue for Operating Rooms from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rolloutPartner with cross-functional Customer Success team members to ensure that the product and workflows are designed and configured accurately and optimallyConduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand workflows and align the solution to operational goalsPartner with perioperative leadership to translate clinical needs into optimized workflows, driving decisions and stakeholder alignment at every stage of the implementationEngage and influence executive stakeholders to align on operational goals, drive adoption, and ensure accountability for achieving measurable outcomesCommunicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and operational teams clearly understand data, integration, and setup needsConfigure the product to reflect customer workflows, including block build, scheduling configurations, access management, and OR utilization optimizationDesign and execute validation and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow alignment prior to go-liveNavigate complex data sets to troubleshoot issues, validate inputs, and support implementation decisionsLead change management efforts to drive adoption and ensure the product becomes the source of truth for OR analytics and other workflows (scheduling, staffing, etc.)Monitor implementation progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure readiness for successful go-liveTravel up to 20โ50% to customer sitesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience3+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role within healthcare (e.g., consulting, implementation, hospital operations)Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills; experience working with complex datasetsExperience working with healthcare IT systems and data (EHR familiarity preferred)Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and driving alignment in complex environmentsExperience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical)A maniacal obsession with customer successโyou take ownership and move quickly to solve problemsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams with high attention to detail and organizationStrong familiarity with project management tools and best practicesExperience working in perioperative or surgical environmentsExperience implementing enterprise software solutionsExperience and passion for process improvement and Lean or Six Sigma trainingA graduate degree from one of the following programs: MS, MHA, MBABenefitsCompetitive compensation package that includes base salary, target bonus, and stock options401(k) MatchComprehensive healthcare benefitsGenerous Paid Time Off and Parental LeaveMonthly reimbursement for Skill BuildingMonthly reimbursement for Wellness, Transportation, and/or Home OfficeEducation Reimbursement for select courses/programsCompany OverviewLeanTaaS is a software company that uses advanced data science to significantly improve the operational performance of hospitals and clinics It was founded in 2010, and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
