[Remote] Product Implementation Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sure is looking for a Product Implementation Manager (PIM) to join their Customer Success team and own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for partner programs. The PIM will coordinate with Engineering, Product and Design, and the Customer Success Manager to ensure successful launches and maintain project health throughout the lifecycle of the partnership.ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall program timeline end-to-end, coordinating with EPD and the Sprint Planner to keep delivery on trackGather and document partner requirements into clear deliverables that EPD can execute on; hand off solutioning when technical decisions ariseServe as the primary day-to-day partner contact during implementation projects that continue throughout the lifecycle of the partnershipTrack and communicate project health proactively — flag delays, blockers, and scope risks early and drive resolutionCraft clear, well-written deliverables including meeting agendas, minutes, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a tight feedback loop with the assigned CSM and accurate records in Sure's CRM (Attio)Skills5+ years in implementation, project management, or program delivery — ideally in fintech, insurtech, or a SaaS platform environmentStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable owning partner-facing calls and written recaps at an executive levelExperience managing concurrent projects in fast-moving, cross-functional environmentsAble to operate with influence across Engineering, Product, and Sales without direct authorityFamiliarity with Notion, Linear, or Attio a plusCompany OverviewSure is an AI-first insurtech platform that powers insurance programs for Fortune 500 brands and global insurance carriers.
