We are looking for a talented Product Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and component suppliers. You will be responsible for leading design reviews, ensuring factory readiness, and driving yield improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead design reviews and drive expectations for implementing Design for Excellence (DFX) and test strategies
Ensure factory readiness, support manufacturing line ramp, and provide product investigation training
Work with the Product team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets
Validate product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product performance meets requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience in a company developing supply chains in manufacturing and testing
Experience working with ODMs, contract manufacturers, and component suppliers for data center server-type products
Preferred experience working with ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, or post-silicon validation
Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting in Python or Perl
