As the Insurance Product Development Senior Analyst, you will assist with the strategy, design, and launch of new and enhanced insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving profitable growth.ResponsibilitiesDefine and assist with the architecture of the product vision. Prepare competitor comparisons and identify market opportunities. Assist with developing project roadmaps, as neededCoordinate the end-to-end process with stakeholders, including ideation, design, development, and post-launch optimizationEnsure all products comply with state and federal regulations while maintaining necessary support and documentationMonitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide product development and potential strategyPartner with Actuarial, State Filings, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of client product development initiativesProvide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high accountabilitySkillsMinimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development and insurance complianceExtensive experience in insurance product development within the insurance industry requiredIn depth knowledge and experience with development of proprietary as well as bureau (i.e. ISO and AAIS) based programs and exceptionsAbility to review and interpret bureau circularsDeep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and the associated regulatory environmentsProven ability to assist with complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive results in collaboration with the teamProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate ambiguityExperience with the following is preferred: SERFF, ISOnet, Wrike software project management tool, APCIA, Wolters Kluwer, and IRMIBenefitsBonusComprehensive benefits packageHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan optionsGenerous, flexible paid time-off (PTO) policyCompany OverviewM&C provides Actuarial, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, State Filing & Post-Filing Compliance services.
