[Remote] Product Development Intern

They are seeking a Product Development Intern to support the Technology & Innovation team, providing hands-on exposure to product development projects in infrastructure solutions.ResponsibilitiesCreate photo-realistic product renders for technical and commercial useDocument prototype testing protocols and resultsSupport seal design requirements for RFQs and supplier developmentAssist during design stages, focusing on product and process constraintsSupport development of robust, manufacturable solutionsConsolidate technical documentation packagesPresent final outputs and recommendations to the project teamSkillsCurrently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering or related degree (Rising Sophomore preferred)Proficiency in CAD tools (SOLIDWORKS, Fusion360, AutoCAD, or Onshape)Experience with 3D printing (Bambu Lab, Bambu Studio, Prusa), Laser Cutting, rapid prototyping/ Photo-realistic 3D rendersStrong communication skillsWorking knowledge of programming tools (Python, Micro Python, MATLAB)Ability to work independently in a remote environmentStrong attention to detailPrevious internship or academic project in product development/designExperience creating photo-realistic rendersExposure to prototype testing or tolerance analysisInterest in infrastructure, water management, or building solutionsBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, extrusion)Spanish language skills (a plus)Company OverviewDura-Line is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of communication and energy infrastructure products It was founded in 1971, and is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
