As a Product Designer, you will drive the full design lifecycle and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create intuitive experiences that solve real problems. Your work will directly influence the daily experience of travelers, ensuring high-quality and scalable design solutions.ResponsibilitiesDrive the full design lifecycle, from early-stage exploration and concept development to final hand-off and implementationPartner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, translate business goals into design solutions, and ensure technical feasibilityLeverage our robust design system to move directly from concept to high-fidelity execution, bypassing low-fidelity wireframing to prioritize speed and visual precisionUse data, user research, and performance metrics to continuously refine the product, moving fluidly between exploration and executionContribute to and evolve our design systems to ensure a scalable, consistent, and efficient experience across the entire productSkills5+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to simplify complex problems with strong visual craftExperience working in cross-functional environments where you can communicate design decisions and storytell the vision to engineers, PMs, and leadershipMastery of Figma and a solid understanding of scalable design practices, with fluency in English (written and spoken)An obsessive attention to detail and the ability to own your time and priorities without hand-holdingExperience with design systems and multi-brand product familiesVisual or graphic design skillsBasic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)Motion design or micro-interaction experienceCompany OverviewBusbud is a mobile app and platform that connects passengers to bus operators.
