The role involves prototyping, designing user interfaces that visualize trust, and maintaining the Atomic Design System to ensure high-quality components. Responsibilities Prototyping as Thinking: You don't just draw; you build. You use Protopie, Framer, or Code (React/CSS) to validate interaction physics. You know that an AI interface is about •latency• and •motion•, not just layout The 'Truth' UI: You will design the components that help millions of users distinguish 'Marketing Fluff' from 'Data Truth.' How do we visualize trust? System Hygiene: You will help maintain the Atomic Design System, ensuring that every component we ship is scalable, accessible, and pixel-perfect Skills Prototyping as Thinking: You don't just draw; you build. You will help maintain the Atomic Design System, ensuring that every component we ship is scalable, accessible, and pixel-perfect Your portfolio shows a deep obsession with typography, whitespace, and information density You admire the precision of Linear, Raycast, and Dieter Rams You have side projects. You have shipped apps, websites, or tools just to see if you could You don't wait for permission to build You don't need to be micromanaged If you see a broken pixel or a bad interaction, you fix it Studied HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) at CMU, Stanford, or UW Heavy Creative Coding background Education: CMU (HCI), RISD, ArtCenter, Stanford (Symsys/d.school) Experience: Internships or early roles at high-bar product cultures (Airbnb, Stripe, Linear, Apple, Notion) Benefits Profit Sharing (PIUs): You participate in the company's profit.
