[Remote] Product Designer | $80/hr Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Graphic & UX/UI Designer for a part-time remote position. The role involves conducting user experience research, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product initiatives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct user experience research to inform interface and product design decisions
ā¢ Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
ā¢ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user needs and brand standards
ā¢ Translate user requirements and feedback into structured design deliverables
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams on design strategy and implementation
ā¢ Contribute design expertise to AI-driven research and product initiatives
Skills
ā¢ Professional experience in UX research, UI design, and visual design
ā¢ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools
ā¢ Strong understanding of usability principles and interaction design best practices
ā¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
